The other day watching a television interview, had some young children who were engaged in robbing on the beach. These guys were on the central coast making mischief.
those reported in very light TV and they say they stole body phones, cameras and other species. They knew that if apprehended soon liberate them since the law (although getting caught red-handed with evidence in hand), they work. In fact three times (with what I heard this morning) and had that caught and let go. Interestingly all the reasons why they were captured were different and that is why nothing could be done (by law).
What I wonder. If when election campaigns, all claim to be against crime ... How is that even they do nothing to change the laws? How is it possible for children to go unpunished for being underage? I have repeatedly said that children from 10 years (or less), and are aware of what is good and what is bad. How not to create a form of punishment for these guys? That is what worries me ... do not listen to either say they are concerned about crime and are only putting more personal solutions of police on the streets ... rather than changing what is really necessary, the laws!, and turn these laws are more rigid for all. Law partner is not hard.
